​Many golf clubs have reciprocal agreements with other nearby clubs, allowing members to play each other's courses for free or at a discounted rate. However, members are required to have the golf shop request and book all tee times on the members behalf, a mandatory process.
This outdated system frequently results in a frustrating back-and-forth of calls and emails between clubs and members, reducing the likelihood that members will fully utilize the benefit.
The process is time-consuming, and approval is not always guaranteed.​ It's time to move beyond this outdated method of booking reciprocal golf play.
UGP Network Booking Process
​At UGP, we’ve streamlined the reciprocal tee-time booking process by removing the need for golf shop staff. Our online platform now allows UGP members to easily self-book tee times at top-tier clubs across our network.
This all-in-one system not only simplifies the booking experience but also handles the entire payment process. UGP manages green fee payments, cancellations, and refunds. Additionally, we directly disburse green fee payments to your club’s financial institution.
This approach offers more convenience for both members and clubs, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.​​​​
