ABOUT US

Back in the early 2000s, I attended Selkirk College in the beautiful city of Nelson, British Columbia, Canada. During my two-year program in Golf Club Management and Operations, I learned the ins and outs of managing and operating various types of golf clubs - public, semi-private, private, and resort clubs. From food and beverage cost controls, accounting, and fleet management to turf care, marketing, corporate and business planning, clubhouse design, and facility maintenance, I gained valuable knowledge and skills that I now use to run UGP.

The idea for Ultimate Golf Perks came to me because I noticed that the reciprocal segment in the golf industry was not being utilized to its full potential. Members and pro/golf shop staff alike often face difficulties when trying to book reciprocals, leading to a poor experience and ultimately causing many members to hardly or never use it. This is a wasted opportunity to generate extra revenue, and I started UGP to change that.​​
